The ODA is committed to the delivery of design quality and is seeking submissions from Applicants that can demonstrate a high level of creativity and design quality. Submissions from both established and emerging design practices are encouraged. Design The bridge will span approximately 26m over Carpenters Lock on the River Lea Waterway and is to be constructed in two permanent separate spans for Legacy with a temporary bridge constructed between the two permanent spans to provide a bridge width of approximately 50m.
