“The Competition’s scope embraces a diverse field of expertise, including architecture and engineering, intermodal transportation operations and planning, construction, land use, and finance. Competitors should therefore assemble a multi-disciplinary design-led team, of both emerging and established talent, with the appropriate skill sets and expertise to embrace the complex challenges of designing a new Bus Terminal in the heart of New York City, and deliver a conceptual design that meets the Design + Deliverability Objectives.” –from the client’s competition brief.
