1 February 2010 – Selection of eight (three shortlisted, five invited) architects to provide a Project vision
1 March 2010 – Deadline for submissions of project vision
5 March 2010 – Shortlist of architects qualified for State Two

Design Challenge
: Penta Investments is seeking to appointing an architect to design a large scale mixed use development in the city centre of Bratislava through a 2-stage, pre-qualified and invited competition.

The project goal is to create part of the “new city centre” with the highest quality of urban spaces and architecture, while accommodating more than 120.000 m2 of offices, residences, retail and culture.

Submission Requirements:

Stage One – Expression of Interest and a project vision including: overall design concept, massing, open and public space strategy and mobility strategy
