Design Challenge:
The 4th Annual Ed Bacon Student Design Competition challenges students to develop a sustainable urban design solution for Philadelphia’s Grays Ferry Crescent, a soon-to-be vacated light industrial site along the Schuylkill River in South Philadelphia.
